   ManggaAds allows you to view to comments and ratings of individual ads powered by ManggaOnline Ad Network. This will allow you make better decisions when visiting an advertiser’s website.

3. Why should I contribute my comments/ratings to an online Ad?

   ManggaOnline Ad Network gives the voice back to the marketplace – and for the first time you can tell advertiser what you like or dislike about their ads, products or their company. It empowers you to self express and to be heard. Plus, other internet users will be grateful to you if you know something they don’t know – it’s a community driven platform that is useful for the marketplace.

4. How does ManggaOnline Ad Network eliminate spam or irrelevant comments?

   ManggaOnline Ad Network has an automatic spam filtering system that eliminates obvious/known spams. Also, irrelevant and inappropriate comments will be flagged and will be hidden in a “collapse/reveal” mode.

5. Why some comments are are missing from the online Ad?

   In general, ManggaOnline Ad Network will never remove comments intentionally whether it’s a good or bad feedback. This is to ensure neutrality in all Ads. You may find some comments are missing due to the following reasons: 1) They are being auto-archived every 30 Days and 2) They have been flagged as inappropriate / abusive / spams.

6. What comments are deemed as inappropriate / abusive / spams?

   In general, if comments are inserted without any relevance to the website or it’s promoting something entirely out of topic. A comment can also be flagged as abusive if vulgar, sexual or racial statements are made.

7. Can I contribute my comments and feedback anonymously?

   In order to contribute a comment, you are requested to insert a name and your email. You may choose to use an anonymous name. Also note your email is required but will not be shared public.

   Each ManggaOnline Ad Widget provides a interactive feature to allow users to comment and rate your ads.

6. How do I manage the comments and ratings on my Ad?

   You will be given access to your Advertiser Dashboard to manage your campaign and all feedback.

7. Can I delete a negative or any comment on my Ad?

   No, but you can flag it to hide comments which you think is inappropriate.

8. What happens when my comments and/or ratings become too many to manage?

   Having lots of feedback is a good thing as it shows that users are responding to your ads. To solve redundancy of old comments/ratings, the system will auto-archive comments every 30 Days and reset it back to zero comments/ratings. This should serve a better measurement for both advertisers and users.

9. How do we make payment for using ManggaOnline advertising solutions?

   We currently accept all major credit cards via RBS WorldPay. All payments are requested at end of each month.

   Just follow the instructions in your dashboard and embed an ManggaOnline Ad Widget in your website. This will monetize your website with really cool ManggaOnline widgets that will engage your users.

4. How do I earn from my publishers?

   Just follow the instructions in your dashboard and create your recruiting widgets. Use these tools to enroll as many publishers as you can. You will earn through revenue sharing from your total network revenue every single month.

5. How do ManggaOnline Ad Network calculate my earnings?

   ManggaOnline Ad Network has a very advanced “Social Performance Earning Model” that helps optimize revenue for publishers. The payout/TAC rate is from 50% and up to 90% when fully optimized. The basic idea is that you will earn from your ad widgets from your websites. Total network earnings from your publishers will be measured in consideration of the performance of your website earnings – e.g. if your websites perform well, then you get a bigger margin of your publishers earning – and less if your website earnings are doing less.

6. Why my earnings from publishers are affected by my website earnings?

   This is a failsafe measure to protect all publishers and encourage fairness in the entire network. ManggaOnline Ad Network reward those who truly put effort in monetizing their websites and as a bonus it will increase the payout margin from their total network earnings. So with this security measure, you won’t expect your introducer to be necessarily earning more than you if they put zero effort in monetizing their network.

7. What is the payout / TAC rate?

   The total payout/TAC rate is from 50% and up to 90% when fully optimized. These optimization factors are dependent on your activities in your widget earnings and growth of your publisher earnings.

8. How do I manage publishers?

   You can manage your details in your Publisher Dashboard. In general, you can also manage your publisher network and view who are your new partners.

9. Why does my Publisher Dashboard looks like a social network?

   That’s one of the main advantages of being an ManggaOnline Publisher. Now, you can truly experience what it means by Social Performance Earning Model – the ability to socialize with other publishers in the ManggaOnline Publishers Network. You can also create new connections with other publishers in ManggaOnline Ad Network and add them as partners. This will allow you to activate your link exchange feature that will drive more traffic to your websites. It all adds up into a grand ecosystem to build a growing community of publishers that wants to succeed in monetization.

10. Can I customize my Publisher Dashboard and Profile?

    Yes. ManggaOnline Ad Network makes it flexible for you to personalize your ManggaOnline Ad Network experience.

11. What is the benefit of having a ManggaOnline Ad Network Publisher Profile?

    Your profile will be use to showcase your websites. You may also choose to view Publisher profiles and view details such as points and trophies collected – you may even send other publishers a message or post a motivation to encourage each other.

12. Can I earn from my publisher’s publishers OR two level down my network?

    No. ManggaOnline Ad Network is not a multilevel or pyramid scheme. Since you can only earn from your own publishers based on the performance of your own website earnings, there will be no snowballing or promise that your introducer will always earn more than you. Our system will only reward those who truly contribute earnings primarily from their own websites and then from their growth of their network.

13. How can I receive my payment?

    We provide checks by mail and PayPal – whichever is best for you.

14. When do I receive my payment?

    By default, we make payments when you reach a minimum balance of $50. You may also choose to change the limit in your dashboard if you wish – the lowest minimum is $25.
